  17. I have serious problems with dvips.
  18. When Icreate a postscript file the format is not 'conformant'. The 
  19. implications are that ghostscript does not properly recognise the file and no
  20. page-index will be displayed.
  21. Also the ps file does not print properly on a duplex printer, only simplex
  22. is performed.
  23.  
  24. What did I do wrong ?? or is this a bug in dvips (5.58f)
  25.  
  26. I use the latest versions of dvips, dvilj, xdvi and web
  27.  
  28. Can someone help ??
